Behind the Hotel am Sonnenlandpark stands a strong, experienced family business that has established itself in the Saxon tourism landscape over the past years. We have been making people happy in their leisure time for over 15 years with the Sonnenlandpark Lichtenau! In the heart of Central Saxony, the Sonnenlandpark offers its own world of experiences with an amusement park, wildlife park & indoor playground at an excursion destination. With our own modern hotel, we have developed into an independent holiday destination where we invite large and small guests to a short vacation in the region. The central location - on the A4 Chemnitz/East - enables quick access for guests and employees.

We are looking for part-time/full-time staff for our hotel starting immediately:

Hotel specialist (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

Reception and telephone support
Check IN & OUT
Cash register reconciliations
Daily room disposition
Guest care & concierge duties
Breakfast service

The regulated & plannable working hours are based on the seasonal times of Sonnenlandpark, with a focus on weekends, public holidays & school vacations.

This is important to us:

Completed training in hotel management
Expertise in handling hotel software systems
Good German & English skills
Additional foreign languages, e.g. Czech, are desirable
Organizational talent & independent working style
Friendly, confident & service-oriented demeanor
Willingness to be exceptionally demanded during the high season (approx. June-August)

Cook (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

Preparation of buffets & menus for our large and small hotel guests
Pre- & preparation of meals for the amusement park
Independent organization of the new hotel kitchen
Purchasing of goods

The regulated & plannable working hours with fixed days off (excluding the high season Sunday & Monday) are oriented to the seasonal times of Sonnenlandpark. The focus is on weekends, holidays & school vacations. Night work (from 10/11 p.m.) usually does not occur, except for individual celebrations and events.

as well as handling all other tasks in the breakfast kitchen
