At the end of the season, we are treated to a public holiday. Make it a long weekend as it is the perfect time for families to enjoy outings together.

At the 3in1 destination "Sonnenlandpark Lichtenau" you'll find a large wildlife enclosure with 10 animal species, countless attractions for all ages in a beautifully autumn-themed park, plus a huge indoor play area – all in one place.

Make time for family fun. Whether bouncing on the jumping hills, exploring the climbing paradise, sliding on Germany's tallest slide tower, riding the Ferris wheel and park train, strolling among over 200 wild animals, or playing in the indoor playground – at Sonnenlandpark Lichtenau everyone can experience great adventures and leave daily life behind.

The highlight is the new 60 m high experience pyramid with viewing platform, elevator, and 35 m high spiral slide including skywalk to the giant slide tower. Enjoy views over the autumn Erzgebirge.

Special highlight on October 31 - just in time for Halloween, a special event takes place in the evening: some outdoor attractions are spectacularly illuminated, allowing a unique night visit to the park. In addition, pumpkins can be carved in a professional workshop.

Sonnenlandpark is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm until November 1st – including holidays. These are the last days of the main season, which ends on November 1st to start preparations for the winter season.
